Wow, you’re lucky to get it delivered right before CNY.

CNY is big in China, to the point couriers/custom can get overloaded and backlogging right before CNY season.

Most of the case, never.
New generation of laptops are coming soon, they should be clearing old stocks now.

So, the 33PROMO seems like a good deal
I mean, almost 1k discount
But before i pull the trigger, just wondering if this would have been a good buy?

Anything i should add or cut for a better buy/experience?
Ive never used hello window, nor fingerprint sensor on a laptop, nor a 100%srgb screen

Pretty sure there were better coupons available. Always call up the customer service or click the chat with an agent button to get the best deal/coupon available. The ThinkPad E14 is overall a good buy for an entry level business laptop

Pretty decent deal, just need to be informed of the lack of USB ports for that model.

Yeah no card reader and just 3 usb (2 free ports as the usbc will just be treated as charging port) kinda a bummer.
Not a deal breaker though. I can just get a 3rd party dock for those later when i need them.

The stated waiting time though.
Hopefully it's not actually that long.

I got mine around week 6 from payment. From what I've read it fluctuates but one thing consistent is that once it is shipped out from the factory it'll reach you in around 1 week time.

Btw, noticed some model have these under os:

Windows 10 Pro 64 preinstalled through download rights in Windows 11 Pro 64

What does it mean actually

Also, how to get to live chat btw?
Ive clicked on the live chat under the top right drop down menu but nothing happened.
On Android chrome. Havent tried on desktop since i basically have none right now.
Nothing related to live support in the app too even if the app is just a browser wrapper for the mobile site.

And another, do you guys experience some sort of lag in the website

Probably since Windows 11 is the lastest now, MS not selling win10 licenses to oem, so they use win11 license rollback to 10?
Maybe?
Just guessing
