Based on reports here. You cash out once or max twice, you kena block already. Then need to manually request to unblock. Probably do it a few times, later whole account kena block.

If shopee naughty, the moment you topup, they lock your account. Then you gg.

No, you kena blacklisted.
Why you played top up ShopeePay and withdrew the fund, you should spend on Shopee.
If you want to withdraw, top up with online banking from your CA/SA.

i did rm1000 through only to test with barcelona, but failed.

Citibank is having citi cyber promo now - RM12 cb voucher if top up min RM150 with citi cc and then spend RM120 with ShopeePay...

yeah, latest info is you cannot top up with cc and withdraw, or else kena ban from using top up cc function. warning letter given once
