I already forward my case to shopee......but no reply yet.....
It is common for shopee sellers to cheat customers.
Even shoppe has guarantee also shopee violate their terms and condition steal customers' money.

New level scam tell customer to report poilice.
Since you have police report, try file complaint to consumer tribunal.
If seller overseas, claim from shopee as shopee brag that shopee keeps fund in escrow account.
Most members in this thread are traders. Some honest. Some I would not count on. It is because shopee rig their reputation review system to make their sellers look like more starts then other e-commerce sellers. So buyer beware.
