btw.. what is the actual withdrawal limit..
anyone got soft-banned if keep withdrawing..

i have saved cc too.. can make purchase as usual..
why ban? i can make purchase with cc but cannot top up..

btw.. i noticed at before top up page, it is showing StandChart promo topup.. but another device (which can topup) shows Citi promo topup.. hmm.gif

already 'clear cache' on shopee app, and rebooted phone..
