did you find the solution with your problem? I having the same issue with the sound blaster connect app also. Talked to the support guy, the only way seems need to bring the laptop in which I still finding time to do it.

hi can you help on my laguna, my laptop battery is fine until just now, it show low battery and ask me to switch on the power, not long after the laptop went to slp and after i restart it now it show 1% but not charging...

and sometimes when my laptop went into slp becoz of low battery. i will be having hard time to boot up my laptop again, keyboard light is on but screen is totally dark and not responsive to any button i press on the keyboard. so i have to force shutdown and switch it on again. last time i heard some1 also having this issue, software update to solve this?

If the issue is relating to the battery of the laptop, we are able to perform a re-seating or a re-calibration on the battery to see if the issue can be resolved. However since the issue is hardware-related, a remote rectification is not possible for this case. Therefore, are you available to send in the laptop for an inspection?

For the warranty, it covers the laptop as a whole (speakers, screen, touchpad, internal components, motherboard, etc) from manufacturing damages, hope this clarifies. For any hardware repair/replacement necessary for the laptop during the warranty period, the procedure would be free of charge since it would be covered under warranty. However, the fan cleaning & thermal paste replacement are counted as additional service and it is not included with the warranty, hope this clarifies.

bro be patient. I also had to wait over a month for my Raven. I ordered during my semestar and the laptop for me only arrived once my semestar break started. Once it will arrive, you won't regret.

It's one of these Illegear failed to predict the popularity and customer response scenario again.
