Kindly note that opening the back panel of the laptop to upgrade/service/replace the components inside will not void the warranty of the laptop.and sometimes when my laptop went into slp becoz of low battery. i will be having hard time to boot up my laptop again, keyboard light is on but screen is totally dark and not responsive to any button i press on the keyboard. so i have to force shutdown and switch it on again. last time i heard some1 also having this issue, software update to solve this?
