Hi, does the ILLEGEAR Carry-in Warranty with 2 Year Parts and Labor & Lifetime Technical Support include fan cleaning and thermal replace?

Hi, have anyone here formatted their illegear laptop before? I formatted my Illegear Raven few days ago, and the raven command center was gone, contacted the support team and they gave me the installer to that command center. However, when I installed it (and a lot of reinstall too) I can't even run it, I really don't know whats the problem, So I'm just curious if there's anyone who managed to reformat his/her laptop and managed to install the raven command center successfully? Some first-hand experience from other owners might be helpful. And no please, don't ask me to go send in my laptop just for this thing, really not worth my time. Thanks. awol liked this post
