Question: Has anyone tried to clean their Matmaster mouse pad? Mine is kinda dirty now after few months of usage lol, if yes, how do you clean it? Soak it with water?
*
Well I always clean my mousepad by soak it with water> put some detergent on it> lightly brush it with berus gosok baju and finally air dried it... works well

Hmm I honestly feel Illegear should really do something about their delivery process. Too many complaints of super late delivery.
At least update the customer about the delay? And inform on the reliable delayed delivery date? Otherwise customers are just waiting there until don’t know when

Now I worry my laptop will arrive in few months later lol

Placed an order in early May and still waiting for delivery.

Basically lots of empty promises from their CS.

Getting increasingly disappointed day-by-day.

i guess 180W is not enough for raven SE-R.....it draw my battery power as well

any other raven SE-R with 10750h/2060 owner facing this issues as well here?
*
Raven SE-R 2060 here, with the same problem. The battery charge will reduce when playing games even while plugged in. Sometimes the battery will stop charging at 9x %. I unplug the power cord and plug it back in, then it will resume charging to 100%.

I think my battery is slightly swollen (the area above the F9, F10, F11, F12 keys), not sure whether it's my eyesight problem. Laptop is only 6 months old, I don't have the time to bring in the laptop to Illegear office yet.

what game you played? still hoping to get bios and EC update from them as they say it is not power supply problem
i dont think battery is located at the top area as you mentioned there, but you mean the casing shape is not flat right between keyboard and monitor, mine also
it kinda stress the battery keep on charging all the time until game stopped!

Another 2 games AC Odyssey & EU4 I don't remember whether have the same problem or not.
Civ 6 doesn't seem to have issue

What's EC?

Yes, that area. It's not flat. But that area gets hot when playing games. I thought battery swollen.

Hi there,

We have feedback to ODM Tongfang and they are investigating with ID in regards of the battery level drop in gaming. Will post an update of the BIOS/EC soon!
