Packed? can be too much package waiting for pickup, so no one go pick up.

Even my old town while coffee take 3 weeks, to "pickup" from Lazada Warehouse.

What is wrong with lazada express? My item is still showing packed but not yet handed over to courier after 10 days?

my parcel was stuck in puchong hub until 19th July, only got updated on the 24th July that it has moved to KL hub.. now seems stuck in KL hub again.. really not sure whats going on

My parcel stucked at 'Handed over to LEX MY' for close to 1 week, now stuck at KL hub and passed the delivery estimate date already. Dunno what's happening.

Meanwhile my Shopee stuff coming one after another. Regret switching back to Laz for these items. Laz service quality now really a shadow of last time 2020 and prior.

Depend on luck, shopee also got someone posted about warehouse closed for clean up the covid, so I guess KL hub are facing huge trouble now.
It is also too much depend on LEX around Selangor, so when LEX boomed, then mostly stopped.
