Many courier companies force to shut down due to Covid cases. Don't expect there is any immediate delivery.

Can't comment much. Only the owner know what/how it happened. If think he not done any wrong, can appeal to Lazada and fight for your right. Dont keep quiet only.

Put your tracking number in GDEX or LEX tracking website to check.

You bought from local right? Talk to the seller. If no response, just click cancel order since no ship out.

Possible. Everywhere from seller to o courier services. You can cancel the order too. Make up your own decision.

My parcel was allocated to flash express. Collected on 10 May but no moving after move to 3PL_Vir_Zeego. Where is 3PL_Vir_Zeego? Want to know can go collect not.

Lazada Express is Lazada own courier service. What you meant? Your parcel originally allocated to Lazada Express then send to another courier company to deliver?
If directly allocated by Lazada, then Lazada can use any 3rd party courier service. My one now got two parcels under ABX & Flash Express. Both stuck few days in center after collected.
