How do  I delete or disable my Lazada account? Was told to disable on account in order to enjoy Group Play but I can't seem to find any delete/disable button in the app.

Then why the hell this CS advised me to disable the account! I can't even locate the disable button, I even searched in the Help section - it states unable to delete account. So I'm permanently banned from playing Group Play or what!!! Anyone shares the same experience?

For that account I don't even use.. And I did try using it to join the group I created once but then no more since I couldn't join. Then almost a month later another account of mine suddenly violated TnC 😣

How long has it been? Mine since last Friday only. I already used up all the rebates but I still wanna collect some more so wanna get un-ban asap la...

I received a fake item, i posted a negative review and it was rejected. The customer service said the seller rejected my review!

How comes the sellers can reject the review they don't like!! Ho can i trust Lazada again especially with a high value items??

Is there a number we can call? Live chat with CS is not useful, I've used it to highlight my group play issue but yet to be resolved. They said to get back within 24-48 hours r simply bullshit! Don't even know how to follow up the problem? Every time to have repeal the same story with every CS, there were 2 or 3 CS simply told me group play already ended end of March. When I exist friends r still playing, promised to check and get back to me via email but never did!

Anyone facing network error 6004 in group play?

got rude seller, find lazada webpage, cant find feedback email. check apps, got feedback button, but after report since last week, nothing happened.

Regarding the so call "new Economy shipping" method, it is way too long to delivery if buy oversea product (eg. ship from China). So buyer should alert on this. If urgent needed goods should not pick this type of shipping method.

Some said Shopee offer fast shipping for those oversea products. But always remember what you buy and what you paid. Shopee still hold very tight on the minimum purchase which normal day RM40 or event day RM25~RM35. But in Lazada you can combine total 3 items from global collection (different seller) straight away to enjoy free shipping from China even those products total value less than RM1. This kind of free shipping will not appear in Shopee forever.
