Where do I find crash the egg in Lazada app? I noticed I have not received notification despite I turned it out and have missed few days collecting vouchers from this game.

Accidently collect 1 voucher 15-5 valid for 3 days and today is last day to use it. Don't know buy what.

Need advise. I recently made a purchase on Lazada but my order was flagged as delivered but no delivery was made to the house at all.

So, I requested for refund. Cs then emailed me the proof of delivery which is a photo of the package with the house exterior in the background. I replied to cs that the photo does not match delivery house address exterior.  The courier provider is NinjaVan. I suspect it was delivered to the wrong house.

After that, my refund request was rejected with reason insufficient evidence without even updated me on the resolution.

How should I go about getting back my money?
