This is horrible and Lazada even allows sellers to do this! Is it because you already returned the item and had your money refunded made them think that they have to right to reject your review? Lazada should do something for sellers who r selling fake items!

I haven’t had the experience with Lazada yet but I bought a counterfeit Samsung Evo Plus MicroSD card on Shopee last week which I received on Thurs. Samsung checked and verified that it’s a counterfeit. Complained to Shopee via phone & email on Thurs and Fri. On Sat the product was removed from Shopee, can’t tell by the Butterworth seller or by Shopee. Also made a KPDNHEP report and probably a police report as a formality. Today will be clicking the Refund button but not sure how I’m going to send it back to the seller.

Make sure you report the fake items.

It’s not only reviews they can reject, but I suspect they can also reject your questions. I ask whether an item was authentic and they somehow deleted it.

I believe they slacking in this department. I did report a bad seller who refused to honor warranty. Even after they acknowledge the issue and apologized. The listing is still up.. I didn't want to make too much of a fuss about the item, cuz..well it's not fake. Just that seller doesn't want to honor the warranty. But at least, and I told em.. They should take some action towards the seller and have the listing edited to show no warranty. I wouldn't have bought it if it didn't have a warranty.

Eh.. no lah.. Your case isn't a severe one to warrant attention. Heck, even if it does, you were doing the legal & right thing by returning it to the sender. So if any will get prosecuted? It's the initial sender.

Being paranoid here, I admit. But what if he takes the return package straight to the police as soon as he receives it. I die lah. He didn't include an invoice when he sent it to me. And now refusing to provide one. With an invoice, I guess I can argue that I'm returning it to him. If I declare the item as "Counterfeit item", Poslaju won't send it. If I declare it as anything else, I'll be sending a prohibited item under false pretences. Now trying to see if I can get Shopee to arrange for a pick-up.

Is there a number we can call? Live chat with CS is not useful, I've used it to highlight my group play issue but yet to be resolved. They said to get back within 24-48 hours r simply bullshit! Don't even know how to follow up the problem? Every time to have repeal the same story with every CS, there were 2 or 3 CS simply told me group play already ended end of March. When I exist friends r still playing, promised to check and get back to me via email but never did!

Last I heard, Lzd no more liaising through email, only live chat.

The live chat is honestly testing my patience cuz CS provides standard answer, not helpful and lack of knowledge ie telling me Group play already ended last month from 2-3 CS..


I can't play for approximately 2 weeks already, earlier one CS said this is due to I have 2 accounts and had to disable one. Then currently I can join group but not start my own team - no solution is provided so far. What can u u?

Relax broda.. Poslaju won't give you grief over the item.. Also, try not to freak out so much.. End up give yourself HBP over Shopee incident.

Ture, true, just going by the book here just to be safe. Trying to find a, by the book, reason so I don't have to return the item. Then dispute the charges with the bank. No way I'm going to send a prohibited item just for the sake of a RM20.80 refund. Nowadays can't be too careful, things come back to bite you in weird ways.

Also the way Shopee works, even though the seller has approved my return, after he receives the returned product, he can still dispute the refund by saying that the item is original, damaged or whatever story he can cook up. By that time, the evidence will be back in his hands.
