Try to chat with a live person and immediately tell you want to close your account. Whatever, they say.. Just say. Don't want and you just need to close it. Need your money (minus any rebates la, those aren't yours to keep) too.

Could be you qualified for a previous promo.. Either from topping up wallet or making a purchase. Only just credited.

Can use to open new one. Except, it'll be tagged as a duplicate account.

Before I had this another account which I logged in using the same phone and they said I had to disable it. Don't want the same incident repeated but out of sudden can play the Group Play for rewards now so I'll continue with the account first.

My account can now join Group Play so I'll cancel my decision of opening a new account. Earlier was frustrated after chatting with CS millions of times but problem was not solved.
