Is there a number we can call? Live chat with CS is not useful, I've used it to highlight my group play issue but yet to be resolved. They said to get back within 24-48 hours r simply bullshit! Don't even know how to follow up the problem? Every time to have repeal the same story with every CS, there were 2 or 3 CS simply told me group play already ended end of March.
