Like I said, you can appeal but don't hold your breath. The product descriptions was very clear. Impossibru to miss the parts about no refunds.. They mentioned it a few times. So legally? Nope, you won't get it back if they don't want to give. Now, morally or to promote being a reasonable platform? They should revalidate it. However, I do know in the past..they didn't revalidate, so money burnt.

This I'm not entirely sure. Yours still got chance cuz haven't received yet and seller is willing to play ball. Just screenshot your conversation and contact CS now.. Before it's delivered. So they are aware and begins the process of revalidation. Tell em to refund to wallet, they'll be more inclined that way.

Currently I believe the only way to contact them is via the live chat which I find is pretty much useless as CS doesn't help much but being a middle person or even provide useless advice!

Don't understand much about the T&C but somehow I don't understand why u can't get your RM100 gift card amount if u paid for it & perhaps choose to buy something else. Is it that u don't want the item anymore? Maybe last resort is to reinstate the order - if possible?
