As per Digi's SMS for the non-working RM10 no-min-spend vouchers. Got my RM10 cash rebates this morning. First reported to LZD on the morning of the 16th. (before the glitch)

Anyone think I'd contact CS regarding Group Play? I can't start my own group after 2 May, I thought to give it another 15 days but realized I still can't start my own team.

Previous experience was horrible, talked to several CS and many were not helpful. In the end I did get to play for a while and got my other account deactivated. But now once again.. Is it their system problem or what? I haven't played more than 15 times this month certainly! Error code 6004

Seriously don't understand why, what's this soft ban? It will be uplifted somehow? And I do see the same group of people post their own group daily (could possibly >15 times monthly) in Lowyat while my account is always banned for no reasons. Wanna earn rebates also can't! I wonder if this is the problematic account and creating a new one would be alright. Not that I want to have a dupped account , I just wanna enjoy the benefits as a normal uses!
