No I don't , I used to have 2 accounts but 1 was deactivated early this year after I chat with CS which doesn't help at all cuz I still can't play now. It's seriously frustrating..

How long has it been? This Lazada system in indeed sot! There r people I see who post almost daily inviting people to join their group, I guess prob > 15 times no problem at all! It's in the terms and conditions.. If you the buyer, cancels the order.. That's a problem and grounds for the no refunds clause to kick in. You could try appealing, but it's easier to appeal and get it revalidated if it was the seller canceled or Lzd system glitch.

i have a parcel yet to arrived but i had change my mind. PMed the seller, he said cant cancel order but i can reject the item upon delivery.
