Thanks. Quoted for my future reference. I noticed this month that the validity stuck at a date, even after using around 100MB of the free data.

Just realised my validity doesn't extend too after using free signup data. Anyone know if free complementary call minutes can be used to extend? I still got 120 minutes free complementary call minutes. If that doesn't work too then the only option is to reload rm10 and sending 1 sms every 87 days.

I used my complementary call minutes to extend the validity in end June 2025.

Anyone use UNI5G WOW prepaid for hotspot? seems like unifi bebas no longer available. Now seems like they no longer offer good hotspot plan

Funny , that some sim with Bebas 10 sim can renew validity after making voicecall, while some sim with same Bebas 10 cannot work.
Wonder what is the policy now? Not apply to all sim same same....

My sim is different too. I made a-bit-more-than-5-min call but receive only close-to 2 months validity.

Same, what happened here? I tried all three (data, sms and voicecall) and there is no validity extension for two of my Bebas 10 accounts.

Anyone know?


EDIT:
Meanwhile my third BEBAS10 account just had its validity extended by sending SMS. *I triple checked my first two accounts to ensure both are not using RCS for SMS too*
What happened to my first two accounts?

I managed to settle it by call. But I’ve run out of call minutes, probably because they were deducted from my top-up my validity extended.

Yes.
The app is up to date. Refreshed the app multiple times, the app accurately displayed the deduction of RM0.50 and RM0.30 for the sent SMSes, yet there is no change on the validity date.
Even the call times also reduced/deducted.

Just tried. No luck, even fully uninstall and reinstall the app. Same.
Validity expiry date stuck at same date.

Yes,try mine also same no extend. Few weeks ago still can extend by calling 3 sec. Today try cannot.
