Same for my mobile Unifi plan, expiry is end of Sept, no extend after 3sec call. Jialat.

They change the terms and conditions is it ? Suddenly no more validity extension.

Problem is, I am using the data, call and even SMS, but the validity is not being extended.

The validity gonna expired on 15/9/2025 (from the USSD) or 16/9/2025 (from the app)


Have you make a report for it using the app yet?

Havent reported yet, just tested yesterday. Since I am going to TMpoint soon, will find out.

Make a credit transfer of rm3 to another number will extend validity. Just tried just now.

I already made two reports (since I have two BEBAS10 numbers) few days ago via the app and currently waiting for call/reply.

Cost how much, both numbers got extended?

Rm0.50, yes both numbers extended.

U mean if sender send rm3.00, receiver gets rm2.50?

Hmm......can you perform some testing for next few days?
After using this method, wait a day or two, then use a bit of data/call/sms and see if the validity got extended further or not.

Oh actually make call extend validity already ok today, tried my 3rd number by making 2sec call get extended.

Do noted each transfer will cost RM0.80 according to unifi FAQ.

For every successful transfer, RM0.50 will be deducted from the sender's
prepaid balance, and RM0.30 will be deducted from the receiver's account
balance.
