QUOTE(abcn1n @ Jul 13 2019, 09:54 PM) JohnLai Mine is Unifi bebas prepaid. So, there is no indication of how many days remaining. They do tell you how much data, calls and sms you have left. So far, I have only bought calls and sms as still have the free LTE data given. So don't know about how the data quota system work The apps have a history section where you can see your reload, add-ons and pay per use No indicator on remaining day.....susah lah......

QUOTE(lowkelvin @ Jul 19 2019, 01:05 PM) unifi mobile always misleading their customer. unifi is promoting unlimited data FOR RM1/day on their website But you sure not able to find any inform about it, the closest I found is unlimited data for RM1/ 2 hours. Are they trying to say about this? https://unifi.com.my/mobile/bebas/assets/do...%20Campaign.pdfYou must be not searching properly?

QUOTE(lowkelvin @ Jul 19 2019, 01:57 PM) Hi JohnLai, You may read again what unifi and me are mentioned about. Please refer to this link, https://unifi.com.my/personal/mobile/bebasand also this screenshot unifi is mentioning about RM1/day, their website and the PDF you stated, are showing only 1. RM1 / 2 hours 2. RM3 / day May I know where is the RM1/day? QUOTE(lowkelvin @ Jul 19 2019, 01:59 PM) Please show me RM 1/day, I'm curious about this Unless if you have comprehension issue, there is no RM1/day as per faqs. Notice the big yellow 3 to be 1? I believe TM screwed up with the first screenshot. I only trust the FAQs and not the pictorial ads to be honest. In addition, hashtag #khabarbaik https://twitter.com/hashtag/khabarbaik?lang=en at twitter ---> All displaying RM3/day. edit: Twitter link edit2: I tried to ask about it at TM live chat, but agent asked to visit https://mobile.unifi.com.my/explore/contact-us instead. In that site, " Oh Snap! Online Live chat is only available for active subscriber" Then the support e-form is asking for private stuff (name and IC number) [the data mining is getting ridiculous] After that, TM live chat agent told me to visit https://twitter.com/unifi, https://www.facebook.com/weareunifi/ and https://unifi.com.my/personal/mobile/bebas for their offerings. Anyway....even on facebook, there is no such RM1/day offer. This post has been edited by JohnLai: Jul 19 2019, 03:23 PM

QUOTE(mrfarhatadib89 @ Oct 31 2019, 03:50 PM) what is "Comms Pass" in the unifi mobile app? how many minutes of call? how many sms? RM20 = 200 minutes of call time = 10cent per minute? Otherwise, without it, 20cent/min (Pay As You Use) if you have balance inside. For SMS, it is 10cent/SMS (Pay As You Use).

Strange.....does unifi mobile (bebas prepaid) support VOLTE?
I just bought Samsung Galaxy M30S and there isn't any "Enable Voice over LTE".
When running *#*#4636#*#* , the "VOLTE Provisioned" is greyed out at "off" state.

QUOTE(OKLY @ Jan 24 2020, 08:43 AM) VoLTE not supported by unifi mobile for this phone model. You can check it here: https://unifi.com.my/mobile/postpaid/phone-...patibility.html[attachmentid=10413130] Nay.....that list is not accurate either. I inserted my unifi bebas prepaid SIM to SM-G950 Galaxy S8 (belonged to my co-worker) and the VOLTE option straight away goes missing from that phone. When her DIGI sim is reinserted to S8, the VOLTE option is back again. Maybe because the list is for unifi postpaid? EDIT: Forgot to mention, when her DIGI sim was inserted to my M30S, there is VOLTE available. This post has been edited by JohnLai: Jan 24 2020, 10:32 AM

QUOTE(OKLY @ Jan 24 2020, 10:39 AM) Is her Galaxy S8 the dual-SIM model? Seems like VoLTE on unifi will be supported for single-SIM model only, the dual-SIM model is not supported. [attachmentid=10413149] [attachmentid=10413150] Not sure on that. Should be dual sim as her model is Malaysia model, there is XME designation at the end when I checked the model last time at "about device/phone" section. Does Samsung Malaysia even sell single sim model in the first place?

QUOTE(pc-lee @ Mar 19 2020, 04:34 PM) I’m using iPhone, mine is working without VoLTE. Just noticed the "VoLTE calls SIM 1" suddenly appeared at Mobile networks section at my M30s settings. I am able to enable VOLTE on my Samsung M30s after manually adding extra APN as below Name : ims APN : ims APN type : ims APN protocol : IPv4/IPv6. Can anyone with samsung phone test it too? Good news: https://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/unif...g-mco-extensionUnifi to continue support packages during MCO extension KUALA LUMPUR (March 26): Unifi will continue to provide its support measures to help ease consumers’ stay at home experience following the extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO) to April 14, 2020.
The support packages include 999 GB FREE LTE hotspot pass for unifi mobile unlimited plans, seven days unlimited LTE data pass for #BEBAS prepaid mobile and free access to all channels on unifi TV, including premium channels and 20 per cent off video-on-demand purchases.
In a statement today, Unifi said it will also help to provide small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with a range of solutions that will allow them to remain productive throughout this period of restricted movement.
TM’s chief commercial officer Anand Vijayan said unifi has identified three main challenges for businesses during the MCO -- sustained connectivity, limited marketing opportunities and access to flexible financing.
All unifi SME customers are provided free access to unifi’s integrated Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) platform.
Anand said the platform provides users with easy access to digital marketing tools such as Instaweb, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, where customers can also enjoy up to a 20 per cent discount when they subscribe to the tools.
Interested customers can visit www.yellowpages.my for more information.
“In addition to the measures above, businesses looking for financial support may approach unifi’s partners, SME Bank and RHB Bank.
“Under the direction from Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), both banks can disburse up to RM1 million in funds for each company and grant a moratorium on repayments for up to six months,” he added.
Meanwhile, unifi customers who require technical support or assistance with their accounts are advised to utilise its digital customer service channels to limit physical interactions and reduce risk.
These channels include the customer service portal on unifi’s website, myunifi app, and social media platforms at Facebook @weareunifi and Twitter @helpmeunifi.
Customers can manage their accounts, perform simple troubleshooting, and live chat with unifi service advisors who are on standby to provide necessary guidance or support, it added.
