Noticed that the bebas prepaid sim card is no more working on my father's nokia basic phone. put the sim inside my smartphone and it's working. so i guess it means that now cannot use it on 2g phone already ya?

may i know will it work on this nokia 4g basic phone?

i see, ya tried the manual mode but i see only celcom which cannot be connected, but my area got maxis line, so not too sure what's the reason for this   

I am having troubles receiving calls lately. When I call myself from the fixed line I get a voice message the number is not reachable, other calls ring once and then are registered as a missed call. Anything I need to change in settings? Didnt do any changes to the phone ... but I never use unifi to make calls, mostly whatsapp only... very confuse.

Been using unifi prepaid for 5 yrs now never was an issue before.

I just lost RM0.50 and RM0.30 cents on sending out SMS on both BEBAS10 accounts and validity are not extended.

The app is up to date. Refreshed the app multiple times, the app accurately displayed the deduction of RM0.50 and RM0.30 for the sent SMSes, yet there is no change on the validity date.
Even the call times also reduced/deducted.

Just tried. No luck, even fully uninstall and reinstall the app. Same.
Validity expiry date stuck at same date.
