Wow this is the second time they've fucked up their so called promo buy 1 get 1. I've only stayed with unifi because of the validity else I'll port over to better equipped telco. They gotta improve backend before even thinking to further expand customers.

Yes, assuming one can keep it active by doing chargeable action every 3 months. Next is onexox that give 2 years validity for new mnp number. Every other telco beside these two now no more got long validity, gotta reload frequently.

Yes, all add ons that doesn't have validity will add up to your existing quota, data sms call minutes etc.

Anyone know what will happen once we depleted all of Internet data 3g and 4g, payu or total disconnect? If payu, whats the rate?

Thanks! Means for prepaid if suddenly no data at all because didn't realize quota finish then theres no way to buy additional data without searching for hostpot or wifi because the only way to buy it is just via the unifi app which itself needs data.

Since when unifi mobile upgrade volte? Saw on my friends huawei nova 5t got volte icon. He's on unifi postpaid though.

Not here in Terengganu. Previously I'm on unifi prepaid too until ported out 2-3 months ago. Never saw volte here, only the usual 4g and 4g+.

I'm using the same phone as him, a huawei nova 5t too. Never got volte. I ported out because bebas unlimited can use data on lte only but if force lte only, incoming and outgoing call would auto disconnect due to no volte.

Just registered to port in from hotlink pantas because it got problem with receiving tac at my area. I dare to say unifi mobile app is the worse among the worse. I've used bebas few years ago, the app is horrible back then and its still is now. No change from the supposedly giga corporation of tm. Wonder who the fck they outsource the app to. Crashing constantly, face id error multiple times and horrible lag. I tried like 10 times before the order finally goes through. Get you shit together please tm.

Anyone know howto proceed on mnp process once simcard arrive by postage? Nevermind the super buggy mobile app, it got 2 option that confuses me, 'i already have a sim' and 'activate my sim'. I mean, yes I've already got the blank sim and yes i want to proceed activating my sim so both option is somehow correct. Idk, maybe I'm too stupid to figure this out. Maybe i should contact their cs instead?

Ikr. Stupid design and wording made a simple thing complicated. I did ported to bebas a few years ago and did the whole thing myself, received the sim amd activated myself, done the next day. Can't remember how i did it that time, plus the stupid 2 option made it confusing now. I end up contacting their fb cs and asked them to help processing the port it. They asked a few details to verify; order id, email, full name etc. I'll see what happens tomorrow.

So i just got the welcome sms from unifi saying not to remove old sim before getting sms confirmation from current telco. Haven't got the sms to reply yes/no to agree or reject the port out from maxis. The maxis sim validity will end tomorrow. Hope will be done today else gotta reload abit to extend the validity and the credit will be lost.

Is there no more way to buy sms bundle? Only saw internet and call bundle plan. Wanna buy a few sms to use for extending validity every 3 months. Or now sms is only payu?

Unfortunately thats the only 2 official way, via app or physically at tmpoint. You might be lucky if look hard enough at shopee or at lyn garage sales, might be some agent willing to do it for you remotely. Btw to solve the face scan error just open phone settings, search for the unifi app, force close and clear all data, cache and app data. Wait a few seconds and try again. That works for me on android. Reinstalling might work too but that will cost data to redownload.

Thats not true.. mine successfully did with back and front ic in landscape mode and the app read the details just fine. Face id I've always tried in portrait mode but it always error and theres no obvious reason why. Change lighting position, change background color etc always error. Only success after several tries and deleting app data after every error. The unifi app is just fcking buggy.

Unifi bebas need to use every 89 days by doing any chargeable action like sending sms, call and the other end answered or using mobile data. Sending sms is the easiest.

What exactly is 502158? Suddenly can connect to it, status bar showed 502158-unifi but "normal" unifi/celcom tower will show just unifi. So weird need to broadcast a unique telco name with that tower/signal/band/whatever.

So all telco; the main 4 and their mvno can all connect to this? Previously I've been using maxis and their signal here is terrible hence I've ported to unifi to connect celcom tower. Already saw the 502158 since last year when I'm using maxis and tunetalk but never can connect, manual refresh signal in setting showed 502158 as forbidden.

Edit: just tested, my umobile sim can't connect. Manual refresh signal showed 502158 as available and not forbidden, manual try to connect gives error. So weird this mocn thingy.
