Just to share my experience with Unifi prepaid. Those who are still using prepaid, please beware and be alert. Look at the timestamp. Message on 30th April informed regarding expiry and requested to reload by 29 Jun 2025. Yeah my bad to reload at the very last min 29 Jun 2025, before 11.59pm. I bought the reload pin on Shopee at 11.38pm. What a coincidence that I received message about termination on 11.38pm! Holy shit. Yes, there is no termination reminder message on the day itself as well.

Contacted Unifi to get back my number. Needed pay RM10 to get a new empty SIM at Unifi store and my RM20+ credit got burnt. Just because that I have bought the reload credit, I proceed with the reconnection. I guess this will be my last time as well. So whoever that is still using Unifi Prepaid and likes to reload last min like me to extend validity, do it earlier and good luck.

Or whoever has recommendation for prepaid with long validity/ grace period, please share here.

why not reload via their app which is faster

is unifi bebas no longer available? i bought few uni5g prepaid only found out the expiry wont extend when trying to send sms, need to reload or buy pass and validity.

yes unifi bebas no longer available to be purchase long time ago, only those purchase it last time get to keep it if they keep it alive until now. Only way you can get it is someone sell it to you

No difference bro. I bought reload pin to key in their apps. Moral of the story is not to reload at the very last min. If u want, u may try next time.

May I know what's your finding on how to extend the validity? Using free data won't extend validity while making call will?

Using free/complimentary data won't extend validity anymore, you need to buy quota or one of those addons(2 hrs unlimited, 1 day unlimited etc). Making a call does extend validity, even very short one. Other options are sending sms, top up, buying addons, and of course using data that you paid for.

is there a way to reload RM15, cos i still got RM3 balance?

My Bebas 10 plan also face this issue, usage of data wouldn't extend the validity, ends up topup RM10 extend expiry 90 days. Onwards will send one sms after before expiry date to extend 90 days.
So far no issue will mobile unifi plan, usage of data will extend to 90 days validity.

Is it the original quota, 3 GB or so that come with the sim card? Mine does not only not extend the validity, the quota stays the same after using > 10MB.

Yes, is original 3GB come with BEBAS10 plan itself, not extend the validity after few MB use.
Unifi mobile plan came with 20GB no issue.

CS told me using free data won't extend validity anymore, - don't know why quota doesn't go down after usage.
