I have been using Unifi for 6 months now, but i find the coverage to be really bad lately. The mobile internet speeds are also a joke. I switched from Umobile, but Umobile seems to have better speeds and coverage when i test side by side. LOLLL. Anyone experienced this before?

still ok for me, recent test speed still can get 20Mbps solid vs postpaid get near 80Mbps

Mine is around 10 Mbps max. Unifi Postpaid.

my other half also complaining about coverage.. even calls get dropped easily..

my place still full 4g+ but no speed improvement, capped at 7mbs.

what's weird, it is hard to make and receive calls. even sms is delayed. making the wait for tac number is annoying

already test with different phones. this happens and continue for these past two weeks

making report but cs told to do the basic, reboot, set sms centre no and apn. all useless. they keep denying that no the network problem

Call drops is the default fiasco for UniFi Mobile since the "webe" era... they don't bother to improve anymore because the intermittent of LTE and 3G switching on the background...

You may try to lock the phone/device to Band 5 only to see any improvement...

I find that prepaid bebas unlimited also gets throttled to 1-2mbps once exceeded 10gb. Anyone experiencing the same?

Really sucks. Will not get the monthly bebas anymore .

No, still getting 5~7mbps. It's feeling like more congested at night nowadays compared to before, probably due to more users now.

Well it’s now a different government when I guess they can start to be a little more lax...

Remember before that, if it was not because of the strong directive from the previous communication minister, the incumbents were still trying to delay the price reduction for broadband...
