Thanks for the link halfdevil, is it OK if there is only band 5 support? I heard Unifi Mobile roams on Celcom sometimes, does that mean if I cannot connect to band 5 then my phone will roam on Celcom LTE?

Also, does anyone have experience with the 1GB basic internet addon? It says LTE/3G, does that mean it just randomly drops between LTE and 3G?

What about Unifi Air? Is it same too?

The two are using same LTE band 5, 38 and 40. But, they are truly some difference.
I have subscribed to unifi air on JAN 2020 and just terminated it this month FEB 2020, about 3 weeks usage.

Unifi Air has better uncapped speed, depend on which area. It doesn't have call or SMS, unlimited data for RM79 monthly and need to pay 6% SST. Unifi Air has a lot of congestion, especially at night.

Unifi Bebas with capped speed, also depends on which area. It can make call and SMS, unlimited data add on for RM20 per week without 6% SST. Unifi Bebas does NOT gets congested.

Any idea how to unblock access to website?

Anyone use mobilecare@unifi app to pay? This morning I tried paying using credit card, then it says PAYMENT FAILED, then try payment again, also PAYMENT FAILED and after that, saw 2 notification e-mail stating payment successfully and account is shown payment successful. Luckily i pay 2 times only and not try again, if not overcharged for many months! Their app quite shit and need amendments!

Call drops is the default fiasco for UniFi Mobile since the "webe" era... they don't bother to improve anymore because the intermittent of LTE and 3G switching on the background...

You may try to lock the phone/device to Band 5 only to see any improvement...

anyone using the unifi mobile postpaid RM59 (discounted from RM79 for uinifi home broadband customers)?

Data their own coverage with roaming with Celcom mostly 3G, so NOT ideal for travellers.
Voice/SMS is roaming with Celcom as Unifi don't have 3G license, not sure with Unifi VoLTE yet.

For UNIFI Mobile 5G, any 5G Phone can use right?
Or got set limitations by certain phones.
Asking for a friend since my friend wanna buy 5G Phone to test 5G connection.

Calling 03- (KL/Selangor number) or Calling 1-300- number from outside KL/Selangor, but within Malaysia, makes no difference on the call charge right? Basically deduct how many seconds based on your voice quota available.

My house still can't use MAXIS 4G probably unifi 4G is available

But 2G can use both CELCOM & MAXIS

The network in general is rather unstable

I can see my network is showing at least 3 or 4 bars yet calls or SMSes could not come in UNTIL I toggled on & off aeroplane mode

Another funny thing is once connected at full 5 bars then it will then drop to 1 bar & the device is when the same place

Or, both SIM 1 & SIM 2 are Unifi Mobile but SIM 1 full 5 bars & SIM 2 only 1 bar

If weak why I can get full bars for one sim and 1 for another so I guess there are a few towers around so one connected to diff

The DR only 2G works for my area. Last time Celcom but now only Maxis. I think they stopped with Celcom once moved over completed with Maxis now

And Maxis 2G here is the worst. Last time Celcom no issue. Full bars but SMSes are not coming in...

Not only that... even in mall also no 4G so if those heavily dependent on mobile one they better get others
