I think if u buy add-on while d active internet access is via the UnifiMobile itself u got 900MB.
I normally use others like Wifi or DigiMobileData@2nd-SIM and I got 1GB.

Free validity hurt telenor profit. Lucky still have Telekom Malaysia doing community service. Any usage auto renew validity for the next 90 days.

Asking about prepaid. My backup line. I rarely use it. I tried topup after so long never did. I don't see my credits updated I figured maybe my card has expired. Here is the issue I can't change my card details.


Can we modify/add/remove our cc details in mobile@unifi app? I can't find the option in manage card. Also I tried going to mobile.unifi.com.my/selfcare profile as Google direct me I don't see my cc anywhere.


Live chat super unhelpful. Waited long time get girl who after hello never respond to my enquiry even after I tried taking to her for 15 mins another attempt the new girl says wait 24hrs and try again.

Do you have any speed cap when passing quota (after 30gb or 50gb)
because i getting speed throttle

during march to june, i was using the free unlimited bebas and clocked around 2-3gb per day and i didn't notice any slowdown.

Unifi Mobile bebas prepaid speed is already capped at 7mbps. At the time I was on Unifi Mobile bebas weekly unlimited data, my usage was around 10GB/day. It didn’t get any further after certain consumption, and still managed to get 7mbps.

people are reporting throttling from 2.5mbps down to 300kbps.

i believe many are aware of the speed cap for bebas.

any regular postpaid user here? was thinking to mnp to the 59 unlimited promo. are you satisfied with your usage?

am currently using hotlink postpaid rm30 and have unifi sim prepaid as backup. currently been using 1gb free on unifi instead of hotlink because one of the work building dun have signal for hotlink

For its low price, wide and stable coverage mirroring celcom network coverage (don't go saying it is unstable and etc. Every other networks are the same), unlimited calls, unlimited data (but allocated monthly quota for internet sharing - i do not care because i do not use it at all), reasonably fast data connection..... ranging 10 to 20 and sometimes 40 mbps. Never issues with youtubing, browsing, streaming. No buffering. No issues is just a lie..... it depends on locality as with all other networks.

WHY NOT. It is hands down the best package to date. I have been using Unifi Mobile since it was born under the name Webe. No way other networks can beat Unifi Mobile.

Thanks for the input dude. You're right, at least where i usually at right now, unifi got coverage, sometimes where other telcos failed. May i know where is your area bro? I mean where you usually be at? Like kv or others ?

I can't tell cause I have never used Unifi Mobile Postpaid before.

For Unifi Mobile Prepaid and my previous usage, the speed is already capped at 7mbps, the speed will not be capped further, unless network congestion. Or maybe, Unifi Mobile has changed the FUP/TnC cause I just stopped using it two months back (April 2020).
