Keeping number alive. I know we can sms or call but what about miscall let it ring few rings and hang up is it consider keep alive or we need actual payment

Asking about prepaid. My backup line. I rarely use it. I tried topup after so long never did. I don't see my credits updated I figured maybe my card has expired. Here is the issue I can't change my card details.


Can we modify/add/remove our cc details in mobile@unifi app? I can't find the option in manage card. Also I tried going to mobile.unifi.com.my/selfcare profile as Google direct me I don't see my cc anywhere.


Live chat super unhelpful. Waited long time get girl who after hello never respond to my enquiry even after I tried taking to her for 15 mins another attempt the new girl says wait 24hrs and try again.
