I think im somewhat around that usage too but i did a reset a few days ago. Maybe next month ill do a deeper research.

Now your speed restored to 10mbps? Reset you mean billing cycle last month already completed?

Hi guys, just want to check...

1) anyone did tried unifi mobile prepaid in Menara Maxis KLCC (or areas nearby there)? How's the coverage? Is the voice call quality stable?

2) im dillemma to get a backup sim btw unifi, xox .... basically use mostly for voice call and great validity period....

Oh no. I meant reset/restore my phone. For troubleshooting. Still stuck at 300kB/s at the moment. Will wait till next month if it went back to 10Mb/s. Unifi probably throttling me.

I'm having trouble of unifi keep disconnecting due to auto change of signal between band 40 (1 bar) and band 5 (4 bar) when walking around the house. Is there any way to make it use band 5 only without rooting my phone? Using pocophone f1

There is known issue with Xiaomi phones with Unifi Mobile.

Tried but still same problem.. Sighhh

Similar to Digi, Unifi Mobile has started to show unifi#StayHome as operator logo. The data network suddenly disconnected for a few seconds and when reconnected, it started to show this. Happened in JB area.

Just noticed the "VoLTE calls SIM 1" suddenly appeared at Mobile networks section at my M30s settings.
I am able to enable VOLTE on my Samsung M30s after manually adding extra APN as below

Name : ims
APN : ims
APN type : ims
APN protocol : IPv4/IPv6.


Can anyone with samsung phone test it too?

My hotspot is still 0GB but i can use it. Maybe the app havent show yet but can already use the free hotspot.

Ok when inside the mall along walkway where the roof is covered with glass. Inside the shops and Isetan, no 4g signal.

Calls should be fine when fallback to 3g (or 2g) as it runs over celcom’s network.

does BEBAS Weekly pass allow to hotspot (the free pass)? seems like after hotspot Internet not usable
