Is there a download cap for Unifi Mobile 99? I notice this couple of month my download speed stuck at 300++kB/s in the middle of the month. I this normal? Everywhere and everytime, day or night. Usually ill get 1.0++MB/s early month. Suddenly drop to 300++kB/s.

I asked the cs rep at live chat, they said nothing wrong with my location. I did a speed test at speedtest.net and i got 1.0MB/s but i got 300++kB/s if i used fast.com or internethealthtest.org. Also 300kB/s when im downloading something using chrome or apps from google play.

Cant seem to finish test from internethealthtest.com, always fail at upload, maybe due to abysmal low upload speed.

Regarding 999GB hotspot, Unifi Mobile is rolling it out by batches. So just wait until you get yours.

Regarding the RM0 bebas weekly , if I redeemed it, will my data usage consume from this freebies or the free 20GB data starter pack.

Hope you guys can understand what I'm asking.

Depend which is the top one, if freebie ncov19 is the one at top it will consume that first then 20Gb starter pack.

Even if they are throttling you, it doesn't explain why you get about 1mbps at the start of the month. To confirm location issue, are you getting this kind of speed no matter where you go? Also to rule out device issue, have you tried the SIM card on another device?

Yeah. Everywhere i go and i did try changing my sim and i did reset my phone. Still stuck at 300++kB/s. I mean thats basically throttling no? Maybe i reached their montly cap and got throttled.

Both speedtest for speedtest.net and speedtest.tm.com.my is getting 10Mb/s
but real life usage is just around 3Mb/s




but if i use random speedtest ill get 3Mb/s. Not sure which one is correct.



Is it possible for TM to not throttle speedtest.net result but throttle everything else?

No use giving me free data. Nowadays Unifi Mobile has gone backwards and I can't get LTE in my area. Used to be able to get LTE Band 5.

i cannot even enter the unifi mobile app..always says oops' this is awkward...sighhh

I also feel mine is throttled. Currently at 55gb usage mostly netflix
