It has one of ETFs that tracks S&P500: IVV
Majority of the sector based ETFs also track S&P500 ETF (SPDR).

S&P 500 is the closest (not accurate tho) representation of US economy. So since many of the ETFs are invested in US economy, S&P 500 might give a bigger picture on the US economy performance, and indirectly how the ETFs are performing as well.

If your risk appetite is 36, 72% of the portfolio allocation goes in to US equity.
About 15% goes into small cap (IJR). The balance goes into IVV, XLC, XLK, XLV, XLY and XLE.

Even my 22% risk is 45% US Equity. I have XLY, XLV, IVV. so it's fine as well to follow S&P 500

I see most counter up.

Which doesn’t make sense to me.

Spending power decrease. Most of the report are not earning much.

But still up.

Gov stimulus package isn’t that great also.

I try to figure out what’s the rational behind this.

Esp bank sector. Defer 6 months. And most of them can’t service loan. Still shoot up.

REITs don’t want to down. Keep stagnant.

Consumers counter make sense if up.

Glove only harta is up. Others 3 stagnamnt.

I pening

Even on reddit everyone's gila edi try to read the current situation and relate to stock performance.

Conclusion, now stock market =/= economy. Nobody knows what is going on anymore

Probably our fundamentals are strong to begin with and it was oversold past 2 weeks. Funnier is that everybody else is red except for Malaysia.

Sunk more money in SA and raised my risk index.

Wanna break my usual DCA rule a bit since I have a bit of saving from not going out all the time due to the MCO.

Hope I can make a small fortune out of this
