Yup 200-300Mbps is what you can expect from a 2x2 ac WiFi connection icon_idea.gif
*
No la.
2x2 AC you can get link speed of 866 mbps.
Real world about 60% of it.
Which is roughly around 520 mbps.
Just nice for 500 mbps unifi connection.

Are the newly registered customer entitled for this btu as well ?

From my understanding from TM flying squad. Not everyone is Enrile to this it depends on your speed package, user profile and location and then management decides wether to deploy you with this or not.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm planning to apply for the 300M package. Just was wondering which one they would allocate.

My unifi is turbo upgrade to 300 Mbps plan but the upload speed is unusual. The upload speed is close to 300 Mbps. I thought 300 Mbps plan is 300 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload? 800/200, 500/100, 300/50 no?

My previous Unifi Advance 30mbps got free upgraded to 300 mbps and im paying around RM147 (with tax)

my 2 years contract almost end... will this speed and pricing maintain?

Seems like more "untung" than the current 100mbps RM129 package (RM134 with tax)

1x1 AC WiFi (433Mbps link speed) around 200-250Mbps
2x2 AC WiFi (866Mbps link speed) can reach 400-500Mbps

1x1 5 GHz 433.3 Mbps data rate can achieve 200-250 Mbps, but 2x2 5 GHz band 866.7 Mbps data rate achieving 600-650 Mbps is not a problem. Tested and verified with Killer Wireless.

433.3Mbps is on 802.11ac (5GHz) too. There is no 433.3Mbps link speed for 2.4GHz (802.11n).

Yes, you should have no problem getting 300Mbps on 5GHz provided that your device also supports 2 stream MIMO. It should show connected at 866Mbps if so, then you should be able to obtain 300Mbps speed. If it only show connected at 433Mbps on 5GHz means your device only supports one stream. Then you can only get around 200+Mbps usually.

Check what model is the Wi-Fi adapter in the laptop or just check the connected link speed. Both can check inside Windows.

Looks like weak signal problem. Try test with laptop in same room as router.

Cable I never used Ugreen brand so I can't comment. Dintek or Schneider Electric brand is ok. Actually any truly Cat5e or Cat6 certified cables can reach up to 940Mbps. As long as the cable has full 4pairs/8pins and is not a fake Cat5e/Cat6 then no problem.
