What is the reason you cannot sign in to Unifi 2.0?
Your Unifi UPB is currently what version?

My unifi UPB box is 1st gen, also failed to upgrade 2.0. The system update showed "failed".

Of course.

Basically, a “replacement” for general entertainment segment when switch to the new Ying Xiong Pack.

Hence, this pack is now all-Chinese content.

If can't sign into Unifi 2.0 and only can sign in Unifi 1.0 meant your account yet to upgrade. Just wait....

Hopefully they will come up with an app for Apple TV.

Eh zero music channels? What happened to MTV Live HD?

Unifi TV ceased it last July.

Not mine though, I'm just helping out someone to setup.
No idea which gen, still new and only installed few months back. Already update to 2.0 but when trying to sign in, it ask to sign in using the previous version.

i had trouble initially but succeeded in the end.

not entirely sure what happened, but i think...

. the unifitv app on phone was 1.0. need to go to playstore, install 2.0.
(2.0 doesn't auto replace 1.0, u need to do manually; if u try to use 1.0, it will "fail")
. verify 2.0 by email id.
. install 2.0 on any device, it will ask for approval, show QR code
. open up 2.0 on phone, scan the QR code, cilck yes, done.
. uninstall 1.0, not required anymore.

i have 2.0 installed on pc, 2 tvs, unifi box, all ok now.

You meant Unifi TV 2.0 no need to use xxxx@iptv ID? I tried email but same red message ask me login to 1.0.

Once the fateful day comes,* here are some additional steps. To get more premium channels, visit https://unifi.com.my/new to subscribe — plans start from RM8/month.

- Select your preferred TV pack and verify with your IC or passport. Create your personalized @iptv domain when prompted; xxxx@iptv will serve as your new Unifi TV user ID.
- You’ll be redirected to TM’s Unifi Digital ID portal. Create your account and link your IC/passport for verification. This step is important, as TM will match your details between your Unifi TV pack order and your Unifi Digital ID, which serves as your gateway to managing your Unifi TV account.
- You’ll receive your Unifi TV pack order confirmation via your registered phone and email, containing your new user ID (xxxx@iptv) and password.
- You're done. Welcome to Unifi TV 2.0. Manage your account anytime via the Unifi UniVerse app, Unifi Selfcare portal, or via Unifi TV account portal.

*If it's not happening after all, consider deleting your Unifi TV account (the email one). Create a new account by following the steps above.

Must use @iptv. If u use email all your channels gone.

i can't remember exactly but i think can use either.

but for sure, the message to log back in to 1.0 is misleading - it gets u nowhere.

it was when i kept failing with 1.0 that i realized i must install 2.0 and go from there.


these days, everybody needs u to use this id, that pw, scan, update, upgrade... can't remember so much.

lagi scared of hackers, scams, virus...

very hard on old people.

Seems the Max Plus Pack is a good deal with only RM52 to get all channels. I wonder if an upgrade to Max 4k will be how much total.

It’s a revamp for Family Pack. One of the only two packs offering all 73 channels; the other one’s Super Star Pack (new name for Ultimate Max Pack).

Can upgrade from Standard to Ultimate Plan — just add RM10. So RM62 in total.

until today mine still showing only my unifi mobile accounts

unifi home account still not in the list for selection after login

DoubleM2 but I notice the playback content, some doesn't have cn subtitle.
