Asking CS makes me vomit blood

Brought me around the garden kejap asked me to choose existing in portal kejap said need to use app

It’s from Unifi TV’s side.

Even with the new audio and subtitle options in Settings, you still have to reselect your preferred subtitles on every channel. Irritating.

Have you checked in the MyUnifi or Unifi UniVerse app to see if the issue persists?

I tried on HBO it did start with my preferred language subs

White Box also had much better image quality than both of the new apps. TM is making a huge mistake.

Even my mother is telling me to unsub from HyppTV completely since it's so useless now.

I think all new things need some time to get used to and things will just move forward. I never had the whote box somi dontnknow but so far i find it modern and ok to use. Not really a disaster but then I am not old

Those VOD no have subtitle all default are in Malay subtitle ... want to enjoy and my brain still need to process twice to enjoy a movie.

Just try turn on old tv box, still can play, even pay channel like sport, chinese movie, look loke include with current free view period

Well this depends on the source - if they are using broadcast source, chances are there will be closed captions.

But some others will only have Malay subtitles (if the source is "clean"). Malay subtitles satisfy the needs of most Malaysians, hence why they stick to that.

It is officially impossible to downgrade. There are no firmware downloads provided by TM and OTA firmware is automatically installed after the reboot.
You should be able to reinstall the 1.0 app (version 2.2.8.0) from the Play Store and use it with the 2.0 firmware.

In the future unless you plugged the UPB to a UPS so it never restarts (and hopefully never crash) then it will receive the latest updates. Even then the Unifi TV app will likely block access until you select Yes.

the issues happen to so called new box is not new.... the same same issue still not resolved for months
- lag issue
- subtitles issue (need to select upon change chanel
- the quality on certain channel is subpar compared to white box (classic unifi TV box)

Only for Unifi TV 2.0 right? My account still in 1.0. I meant those streaming apps.

i notice unifi tv 2.0 on nvidia shield lag and very slow when start up the app and always crash.

Just got activated to 2.0 yesterday. I didn't use the box they sent. Just installed the 2.0 apps via playstore (mitv)
Yes true, but my lag is still can tolerate lah and not yet crash. Wait for my son review today. Bcause school holiday, he conquer the tv/apps/etc.

my user id @iptv has been updated to unifi tv 2.0 and access to all TV Channels.
I was trying to take advantage of the 30 days all access to the tv channels & apps. I can't seems to activate. I have 2 Unifi accounts.
