It supposed to be on top corner besides search icon. Make sure your UPB & phone are using the same wifi connection.

Can Mana Mana TV plays on AndroidTV?

MYTV Mana-Mana isn’t available for Android TV yet. For now it can be streamed using Cast function from phone to TV. Make sure both devices are using the same wifi connection.

mana mana tv apps only for android phone and tab. don't have yet ATV version. if you want watching rtm, just use RTM klik. this apps have ATV version

anyone faced this issue with Disney+ Hotstar app on iphone 'service unavailable'? I am able to log in fine via website

i recently upgraded to the latest UPB box (i think v2) from my white stb box. my parents usualy watch the TV3 news on unifi tv. when i try on the upb box unifi tv app, the all the live channels cant load... tried a few times to restart box also same

was the new box set up properly... by technician or yrself?

was it connected by cable to router, which port... or using wifi, wifi confirmed working?

set up by myself... using wifi.
haha yes wifi working..other apps all working.. only the unifi tv app cant stream

if the unifitv id, pw has been set up correctly, one more thing to check:

go to playstore, see if there are any updates to any app incl unifitv app.

yup unifi tv id and password should be correct thats y can log in right ?
i tried on app on my ipad.. all working fine..can watch TV3
updated the app also same issue, uninstalled the updates also same and restarted the box also same...
haha i also dunno whats wrong..

i can't remember if the id/pw was at box or unifitv app level.

it's that special id/pw, not the ones for wifi.

u can erase the app, reinstall, re key in the id, pw... see how.
