Fine if Unifi TV is still stubborn wanting to delay its linear channels. But why they delay HBO until 15 minutes though? What else do they wanna censor HBO from? HBO itself is a dedicated Malaysian feed, just as same as Astro.

HBO channel dedicate from Singapore bcoz same time with singapore. only Cinemax, Hbo hits, Hbo signature Astro delay for 1 hours maybe for censor action.
Hbo movies don't have any censor but why unifi tv delay for 15 minutes. need to ask unifi tv.

Hmm... Actually, Unifi TV still does their own extra censorship on the HBO main channel. If you compare the Unifi TV one with the Astro one, the Unifi TV version actually censors more swear words than the Astro one. Not all the time, only sometimes.

My issue with them is not the 15min delay. My issue is at this age still got censorship! I just watch on the app.

Iyah tv channel must undergo censorship ma based on malaysian law. U think they wanna censor meh , wasting time and resource. They need complied with the law. Only OTT still do not included the revised law. But who knows our beloved gov may extend that hi hi hi…

would like to ask if HBO Go app is also subject to censorship by our beloved Censorship Board?

the last time i checked, no.

there is a passcode (that u set at installation) to be keyed in for certain shows, u know what.

Currently ott app such as hbo go is not required to undergo censorship but our law can subject to change if the gov may wanna revise it.

Well, there's an incident a few years ago, where HBO Asia purposely left out an obscene scene in one movie, which caused a lot of complaints on Astro social media page. Astro even asked HBO Asia to clarify their decision. HBO Asia claimed that the scene was necessary for the plot, and it'd alter the entire storyline if it got cut out. Will HBO Asia do the same thing again in the future? That's something that Unifi TV needs to concern about; therefore, we all got the 15 min delay. I know it's annoying, but it's still better than Unifi TV receiving numerous fines to the point they need to close down their pay TV business, right? Anyway, just stream any title uncensored on HBO GO anytime and anywhere you want instead of keep asking them to remove the delay.

follow up on tis matter, tm technician came over to hse yday and tried for 1 hour also same outcome and concluded that probably its the UPB (?ver1) box issue. so hes coming again to bring the ver2 box to try

better if they change the box, u get new V2 with new remote, nice - a better box overall.

Unifi TV now removed free UPB when you upgrade TV Pack? The selfcare portal seems changed, when select upgrade TV pack there is no free UPB anymore.

Unifi still gives users the option to subscribe to Ultimate Pack or Family Pack. Since both packs cost RM60.
I thought they no longer offer the Ultimate Pack.
