You must use the same id and password with the unifitv on the ipad.

Yup both same credentials. I use the ipad unifi tv app to scan QR code on the tv app to login. So bktb should be the same.

Anyone knows how to uninstall the app? Can't find the uninstall button, only disable and force stop

Only can disable for pre-installed apps. The Uninstall button is greyed out, not clickable. What pre-installed app(s) do you wanna remove?

Anyway, just make sure the login id is not username@iptv. Should be username@gmail.com or username@yahoo.com

Incorrect. The login ID should be xxxx@iptv, not an email address.

You can reset the Unifi TV app by pressing “Clear data” after long-pressing the app icon to “App info” menu.

Do you have Unifi TV app signed in to your phone? You can scan QR from the app to your TV, it should be automatically paired with your Unifi TV account.

Then call 100 if you’re forgetting Unifi TV password.

HBO is having a 15-minute delay on Unifi TV 😑

They've been doing that for a few weeks now, and I think Unifi TV is the only TV provider in Asia that delays HBO Asia's linear channel. I thought HBO didn't allow anyone to edit/delay their feed until Unifi TV started doing so.

Anyone managed to access SPOTV NOW on their web with Unifi TV account?

PC version of SPOTV NOW needs a separate subscription.

Only mobile & Android TV app (via QR scanner from SPOTV NOW mobile app) can be accessed using Unifi TV credentials.

so if you want watching HBO the real time, need to watch via astro. they don't delay HBO

I mostly watch HBO things in the HBO Go app. And for movies I dont mind delay. Just dont delay my F1.
