-currently getting a blank (black) screen with this icon showing on the bottom right corner


-still can switch channels with radio channels showing the background poster, but no sound or picture on tv channels
unifitv interface all working normally

-when doing network connection test, 1-5 no issue, 6 & 7 not pass (red X)

no issues with both the app and white box until now (app)
