a mistake.quite common somebody there charge extra for no reason.
i was overcharged for unifi for 3 months, despite reporting/complaining in week 1.
their explanation is "it takes time for these things" and "already escalated, dunno why not done"....
so, u pay first... just wait, monitor, u will get full refund in due time.
it is also possible the case gets closed but nothing done.
if that happens, u make report again.
it is something silly, unnecessary and a total waste of time and energy, really.
