weird.. i tried it repeatedly and still manage to access it on my mibox s.. albeit having to uninstall and install it everytime i want to access it.. maybe can try to uninstall.. turn off the device.. then reinstall it.. once installed immediately click open (ie. launch the app from playstore once successfully installed)

They will want to hold some advantage with new box at least for some time... to sign up as many as possible. Ir other boxes can do same as theirs, their rm240 box can never sell! |

My hypptv stb cant power on.. i downgraded my package to unifi 100mbps which shud not have stb.. will they replace for me? Or need add money?
