Grab had ensured there public that drivers infected by this virus will be suspended. It was started on their FB.

I had stopped since last Saturday. If the situation doesn't improve, I'll continue to stop. I don't want my family to get sick.

Haha i had stopped a week last 2 weeks

It is now more than 500 cases.......many still unaccounted from far away states like Kedah to johor and Sarawak as they are not be found tested yet from the Tabligh

With such kind of numbers, it should be a lockdown as suggested by panel of MMA doctors. Otherwise, it is going to lagi teruk. MY hospitals only have less than 1,000 ventilator with the new arrivals coming in. In binary transmission of 1-2-4 -8 -12.......how are the hospitals going to cope?

Lockdown on 18/3 - 31/3. Wonder if grab was affected or not 🤔 2 weeks dapur tak berasap

Already seeing a massive drop in rides will probably get worse. But whatever it is we have to stay safe. Grab can't be bothered about driver safety. All text advices are talk only. The driver is in close proximity with the rider and the easiest virus transfer point. These money demons at grab will penalize you when you cancel a ride without giving the driver any options as to why. Continue driving is like a wing and a prayer type of situation.You have to make your own call on this.

Imagine if your car breakdown and the workshops are closed with the lockdown!!!

I think the announcement that even food delivery is confined to certain hours.

Just Grab goes 24/7 ?

cannot rely on this crapcar. really like shark. in this tough time, basically no demand, still get 20% from drivers...

Haha. Gotta drive only half day already. Rather spend noon with family then under the hot hot sun. Hahahaha.

The demand will drop significantly, it is pointless to drive also.

Will Grab assume responsibility for the drivers if they become infected?? Damm these Grab buggers looking at bottom line only from their cozy offices.

They do. Responsibility for riders. They released statement on FB that any driver caught infected will be suspended from driving.

What responsibilities to the riders?

Riders can get infected by the surfaces or car handles touch by the previous riders. Up close and personal air conditioned would means virus sticking to the car surfaces easily.

BTW, many those who are infected may be asymptomatic ......which means they display no fever sore throat or whatsoever. All it needs is just a touch and retouch on the surfaces, a person can be infected.

Hope government do something to this stupid auto accept. Last time when manual accept we can ignore and continue driving without touching the phone, now auto accept we are forced to tap the acknowledged screen then aim our eyes and finger at the TINY arrow to tap and activate the GPS routing and in the GPS we still need to press one more time Go Now. Only office fellas will think this is acceptable.

Hi to all the experts here, just want to ask, let's say my car insurance expire on 24th April 2021 but my PUSPAKOM and roadtax expiring 9th Feb 2021, can i still renew my roadtax? if i need to do my PUSPAKOM first, will my PUSPAKOM date follow my next inspection date or it will start on 10th Feb 2021 even tho i do the inspection for let's say on 5th Feb 2021?

Insurance validity is flexible. Tell your insurance agent if you have one, or walk in any insurance CS, tell them to extend your insurance coverage validity to match your road tax due date. Road tax can only be renewed for a duration of 6 or 12 months. As for Puspakom, I don't know about that. But I suppose its validity follows road tax.
