You need to click "Order Received" to claim 800 coins.
Eg I could see the payment at Sarawak Energy's site (SEB Cares) 2 working days later, then I confirmed the "Order Received" and collected the coins.

The can bloody spam you with all of their Grabfood and other promo notifications, but not let us know when they change their T&C. They are also very quiet when your reward points are close to expiry and will not let you know.

Ignorant business-driven mentality. Is this anything new? No. I suppose the conclusion is to be more wary about things like this potentially happening.

Problem is it that it's impossible to know their change in T&C since they don't announce it. We only get to know from their replies to complaints. If it was in some other countries, perhaps something can be done to protect users' interests.

Unless if I just want to finish up or utilise the GrabPay credits for whatever reasons (as a payment method, without rewards, similar like use cash to pay), then only I use Grab to pay bills.
