Greetings from GrabPay.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

However please be informed that despite the T&C implied that the promotional campaign ends on the 7th August 2019,it has reached the maximum redemption limit of 10,000.Thus you will not credited with the rebate any longer for mobile prepaid top up transaction.
Thank you for updating to us this information. Really appreciate it. biggrin.gif

I'll just wait for another round of GrabPayBonus topup again then...

Is there any way I can transfer some Ringgit Malaysia into another Grab account that is registered under Singapore mobile number?

If cannot, is it possible to add Malaysian mobile number alongside with existing Singapore mobile number on the Grab Singapore account?

What are the ways available?

If we use grab pay to buy stuff from prestomall we will still get x20 points? Am trying to find the best way to collect points before they revise the point collection system
Or if some household goods shop has grab pay then it would be good too.. Like Harvey Norman or something.. But doesn't seem like it
*

You can go topup your mobile prepaid via GrabPay to get points too. Like, at the end of Sept, you can one shot topup a lot until next few months no need to pay your phone bill. Something like advance payment.

That way, you can accumulate more points too.

Or is there any other ways? If anyone know any other ways, do share it here.

Thereafter (1 Jan 2020), it is implied that all Grabpay bonus point multipliers ceases, so every ringgit becomes 1.5 base / 2.25 Gold / 3 Plat

Err, but who knows maybe they'll announce something new later on?
Like, extending the point multipliers or something. It's too early to say for now, isn't it?

Hi all, any idea how to transfer out Grabpay credit (Malaysia) to bank account?
*

It is not possible for GrabPay credits to transfer to a bank account.
If you want to "withdraw" the money, another way is, find someone that uses GrabPay credits regularly,
then you transfer the credit to them, and tell that person to pay you the amount you gave them using GrabPay credits.

Same goes to Touch n Go eWallet.

Oh, no more discounts on Grab services base on tiers. RM5 = 600 points.
Looks like Grab is "depreciating" their points currency. Must be due to Grab driver's PSV issues which costs them so much money...

Earlier I went to ShopSmart convenient store. They also accept GrabPay...
The store manager is there when I asked whether GrabPay is accepted or not. She said it is accepted.
It's just that they haven't put up the "GrabPay" sticker to let the public know.

I bought some stuff, use GrabPay, I swipe up to show the bar code to let the merchant scan it, and done. biggrin.gif

Cb ,today I went to guardian , they said cannot use grabpay.😠

Hmm, try this method:
Upon making payment, don't ask "do you accept GrabPay?"

Straight away launch GrabPay app, tap Pay and swipe up to show the QR code/barcode to the cashier person once they scan your items.
Let him/her scan it, as if he or she is not aware of it, and see if transaction successful or not.
It's pretty straightforward.

Cuz the "Pay" feature on other eWallet payment are just similar.
The cashier person knows TnG eWallet and/or Boost are accepted by scanning the barcode, but not informed/aware that GrabPay are already available.
So better just show them the bar code and let them scan only.
Try don't ask if GrabPay accepted or not, unless they ask "what is this?".

If not successful, try again once.
Still unsuccessful? Then only try other payment method lo...

You do know that some POS systems require the cashier to select which QR code that the customer is using right?

If that's the case, for those stores that use those "some" POS system, just let them know you wanna pay using GrabPay lo... sweat.gif
