They must have received tons of complaints. I emailed them and told them I will file an official complaint with Ministry of Communications and Multimedia and Ministry of Consumer Affairs regarding their unfair practice and also demanded that they refund the payment.

They think that because they dominate the market, they can do as they wish and consumers can't do much. This type of thinking makes me use them only as last resort rather than building my loyalty to them.

Didn't pay bill using Grabpay

1) Usually for ewallet apps, it require a password when setting up the account. Does Grabpay have one? I want to uninstall and install back Grabpay apps but I can't seem to find any password for my Grabpay.

2) Couldn't find any phone # or email to contact Grabpay. Grabpay doesn't have one right for us to contact them?

Grab is an E-hailing service. Sometimes I can't thinking why need to do some sub-business like scan & pay OR pay bill, services and so on..

It's building an ecosystem whereby most services you use go through them. Just like Google providing maps, email and search, and Facebook with Instagram and WhatsApp. With a bigger ecosystem and more users, they can brand themselves better and eventually sell off to the tune of billions USD.

For those who paid Bill's via Grabpay in December before they made the announcement that no rewards points will be given, file an official complaint to Grab.

I did that and they credited the points into my account 'as a goodwill gesture'. While I don't consider it any goodwill gesture at all, I thanked them for doing the right thing.

They will only do this if bill payment was made BEFORE thier notification on 17th Dec.
