Found the reason why no point rewarded to bill payment already 😒😒😒

Ignorant business-driven mentality. Is this anything new? No. I suppose the conclusion is to be more wary about things like this potentially happening.

Grab is an E-hailing service. Sometimes I can't thinking why need to do some sub-business like scan & pay OR pay bill, services and so on..

Perhaps it's a good way either cuci or gain more profit about it.

Grab pay CB for using Watson need to claim under "My rewards" ?

no need to clear existing points in 3 days, because cash conversion still remains at 165 points = Rm1.
transactions that are fully paid with points won’t get new points

the only thing is that new transactions from 1st jan 2020 onwards will be rewarded with 3 points (platinum level) only. so it’s not that attractive to use grabpay from 1st jan 2020 onwards

Thanks. Used it at Sakae Sushi for THE year end promo rm8.48 Chick Teriyaki JYU. Tot reward points will be devalued come 1Jan2020 but it is a false alarm.

So if I want to use BigPay card to pay for a ride, do I need to set BigPay card as Primary Payment Method?

Really miss RM1 for 20 Grabpoints. That was so good.

Nowadays Boost extra coins multiplier very low. Most times zero extra coins. Got extra also only 1.x.

Of course if Boost or TnG got cashback promo then will use them to the max.

Even Boost mission also not that great. Eg: Unifi bill RM120 cashback RM3. If pay with Grab almost RM9 worth of Hotlink topup but no cash lah. Unless of course you get 8x extra coins but can’t depend on that. That’s why lately I’ve been paying my bills with e-pay and Grab.

Been paying advance bills for the year of 2020.
Total around 5k worth of 45,000 points = RM272 rebate for points redeems.

Anyone face fail to pay bills this morning?
As grab only allow RM1,000 pay per days , have to pay bills daily to accumulate 5k

from 20x to 9x and soon 3x... i consider that is already a big devaluation 

but back then, there was no such thing as uberpay. and now, there is such thing called boost, TnG ewallet that fights with grabpay.

1. these 2 days been trying to pay my tnb bills through epay with grabpay, but all transactions failed and unsuccessful.

epay customer service told me now their server is not stable and they are trying to resolve the matter.

anyone managed to pay tnb using grabpay these 2 days?

2. is it possible that i use 2 different grab accounts' points to redeem for krisflyer miles for 1 krisflyer account?

Tested pay unifi via epay & grabpay. It is working. Has anyone get point on airasia yet. Been doing  payment on hotlink, maxis bill payment but still not yet get airasia point. Which is better airasia or sunway point? What is the benefit gain from sunway point?
