I've just started using Grab app actively recently. How do we calculate the points earned? 1) Gold member. Paid at restaurant by GrabPay. Transaction amount RM25.75 & points earned is +386 points. (It's 14.99xxxxxx times amount.) 2) Silver member. Paid GrabFood by GrabPay. Transaction amount RM23.00 & points earned is+69. (It's 3 times amount.) - This one I know how to calculate. 3) Member. Paid at restaurant by GrabPay. Transaction amount RM86.50 & points earned is +865 points. (It's 10 times amount.) I'm confused. This post has been edited by jefftan4888: Sep 13 2019, 03:47 PM

I'm confused. 1) in-store base is x10, since Gold have x1.5 modifier. = x15 2) GrabFood base is x3 3) in-store is base is x10 Below image for your reference (until 31 September 2019)

I think should be as follows. 1) 2.25 x 6.6 = 14.85 2) 1.5 x 2 = 3 3) 1.5 x 6.6 = 9.9 Am I right? This post has been edited by jefftan4888: Sep 13 2019, 04:57 PM

Like, extending the point multipliers or something. It's too early to say for now, isn't it?
