has anyone faced the problem of missing Rm5 rebate for grabpay restaurant promo?
i spent more than Rm10 in one of the featured restaurants just now but did not receive instant Rm5 rebate.
cb in this restaurant is not fully redeemed yet according to the latest info in grab app.
this is my 2nd time using grabpay in this restaurant, where my 1st time in the restaurant last week earned Rm5 rebate instantly.

it is 2 times per store, according to the T&C. i tried at another restaurant before, both times also received Rm5 rebate

Grab CS is very helpful and efficient as compared to Boost. they deposited Rm5 into my account within 3 hours after i sent an enquiry to them.
unlike the crappy Boost...always ask for screenshot of transaction and details of account, and then cashback still missing for weeks

i received Rm5 from this outlet last week, of course 2nd time in the same outlet is eligible for cb ( grab app n website inform that cb in this store is still available ). i always check the latest update of cb availability in grab app + website before visiting those Rm5 cb restaurants

mobile reload doesnt count

quickly perform many scan & pay transactions at pysical stores to gain 20x points (platinum) by 30/9, after that points will be reduced to 9x during 1/10-31/12

not sure what will happen from 1/1/2020 onwards
so far grab website only mentions 9 points (3 x 3) for platinum from 1/10 to 31/12..hopefully it wont further be reduced to 3 points only

i guess it is grab system problem

payday bonus promo 2 months ago also had this problem, where ppl paid on 1st day did get reward but those 2nd day received rebate.
we need to contact grab cs for manual rebate adjustment.

why did you top up so much to your wallet in the first place ? because of credit card cashback or amex ?
i guess you would just need to spend it slowly....

i m a platinum member. i did scan & pay with grabpay in a restaurant just now. reward points already reduced to 9x

i topped up at 11am on 1st day ( 26/9 ) also couldnt receive rebate

Rm30 petronas voucher for Rm20 under prestomall x grab deals

we can use the points to offset up to 40% of the transaction value only. the balance 60% still needs to be paid from ewallet credit and of course still earns reward points. it is very difficult to finish the points unless we purchase their vouchers. however i find their vouchers are very limited of choices and not attractive.

point offset for scan&pay transaction is still ok. it is 165 points for Rm1. that translates to 5.45% rebate for platinum users.

9x points for platinum users, about 5.45% in cb value. better than weekend amex
