Similar issue with challenges here. It shows for me but I just have a button "View All". Upon tapping that, I am redirected to a page for Current & Past Challenges. Current Challenges is showing "Watch this space! More challenges coming soon."
Updating app to 5.52.1 and clearing cache doesn't do anything to the empty challenges.

Hi, having this issue with tier progression.
I was at 340 points to Platinum. Over the weekend, I paid 11.65 to Dominos twice (once on Saturday & once on Sunday), each time getting 175 points. I was expecting after the payment on Sunday to be converted to Platinum but alas, the points to reach platinum is still stuck at 165 points.
Reached out via Help Centre and so far only received script reply saying that some transactions is not eligible for tier progression.
Is there something I can do or just wait it out or just continue doing transactions and missing out on some 2x points?

QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Aug 24 2019, 02:30 PM) Not sure if anyone noticed... You can now flash your code to merchants in Grabpay. How does that work? I can't find that function to pay.

QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Aug 24 2019, 06:05 PM) Yes, just like other e wallets... Think you should wait for an update... That's not good. Recently I had a merchant that wanted to scan my QR code for payment. Didn't think much about it and assumed the Merchant did not know how to use GrabPay. Now it seems that some people may or may not have that payment functionality readily available, which can cause payment hiccups.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 24 2019, 07:20 PM) Why not? Just swipe up and QR code will be displayed? Though I always scan merchant's QR code but it's not an issue to show my code. I'm using latest app version, Android. My screen is only showing "QR Code" and "Mobile Number" buttons. There is no mention to swipe up to show QR or barcode. Swiping from bottom does nothing at all. On Android, Grab version 5.58.1. No updates available.

QUOTE(lost123 @ Sep 12 2019, 05:06 PM) If we use grab pay to buy stuff from prestomall we will still get x20 points? Am trying to find the best way to collect points before they revise the point collection system Or if some household goods shop has grab pay then it would be good too.. Like Harvey Norman or something.. But doesn't seem like it Online payments payout is only 4.5x points (x9 if platinum). For x20 you need to find physical in-store payments. QUOTE(jefftan4888 @ Sep 13 2019, 03:41 PM) I've just started using Grab app actively recently. How do we calculate the points earned? 1) Gold member. Paid at restaurant by GrabPay. Transaction amount RM25.75 & points earned is +386 points. (It's 14.99xxxxxx times amount.) 2) Silver member. Paid GrabFood by GrabPay. Transaction amount RM23.00 & points earned is+69. (It's 3 times amount.) - This one I know how to calculate. 3) Member. Paid at restaurant by GrabPay. Transaction amount RM86.50 & points earned is +865 points. (It's 10 times amount.) I'm confused. 1) in-store base is x10, since Gold have x1.5 modifier. = x15 2) GrabFood base is x3 3) in-store is base is x10 Below image for your reference (until 31 September 2019)

QUOTE(jefftan4888 @ Sep 13 2019, 04:52 PM) I know this table but I don't understand how to derive x10 or x3 from the table. I think should be as follows. 1) 2.25 x 6.6 = 14.85 2) 1.5 x 2 = 3 3) 1.5 x 6.6 = 9.9 Am I right? Correct, but the 6.6x is actually 6.66666666...x which translate to 15 instead of 14.85

QUOTE(howszat @ Sep 15 2019, 11:20 PM) Dumb system of calculating points. When you make it not simple, people just lose interest. Effective 2020, it will be quite simple, where each Ringgit is 1.5 points (2.25 for Gold, 3 for Plat)

QUOTE(lambcxhop99 @ Sep 16 2019, 11:44 PM) i think tgv no longer accept grabpay. TGV is removed from the list in the spoiler as it is denoted by a - sign instead of +. There was a previous post showing that TGV stop accepting Grabpay since 16 Sept.
