Obviously they chosed the latter. but instead developing this segambut land that full of 'freebies'.......why dont they approach UEM to buy the land......haha

650 psf would not create a craze. YNH should reduce more psf to counter the negativity.

Just ask yourself.. Do you willing to live next to ktm, highway, graveyard and gigantic HTC ?
If NO, don't buy.. The main reason to buy for investment is you yourself willing to live in the property..
Don't fall to the future development or kampung expat bla2..
This YHN segambut property kecoh since 2013.. YHN postponed it because no one wanna buy..

Ynh is probably one of the developers that never leave money on the table for purchasers.
Even in 2008—2011...can anyone name their project that make more than 50‰ gross gain for purchasers?
Even their Ceriaan Kiara... All buyers lose money big time.
