Maybe the only selling point is the Naza new development..

Don't trust Naza 100% la. They tokok a lot. Look what happen to Chupping Valley Industrial Area.

Highway noise + Longkang + KTM noise + Graveyard + HTC + >1000 units + some block no carpark..

MRT1 cost RM50b but the ridership only 130K per day.. The ridership alone can't even cover the operating cost (workers salary, electricity, maintenance bla2).. so who to pay the 50b?

MRT is the most bullshit project ever by Najib. This new gomen definitely not gonna continue MRT Circle Line even insisted by some planner in DBKL/SPAD.

Why people who work in KL Metropolis want to stay beside highway noise, ktm noise, graveyard and gigantic HTC ? Where still got a lot of options nearby ?

This project is good for rental yield. Can get up to RM3-4K monthly rental. But for Capital Appreciation, not really.. As high dense, htc, ktm noise, highway noise, graveyard.

It is great location, KL metropolis will be there, together with gaveyard, htc, highway will be there forever.

So, ask ourselves.. is something better out there ?

This project is good for rental. because those who work in KL metropolis maybe rent here. MAYBE la.. if they don't afraid ghost and direct electromagnetic wave and noise.

Resale value gonna be disaster. Who wanna own stay next to HTC, Graveyard, highway noise and KTM noise ?

KTM noise is really legendary la. I live in Kajang, 700m from KTM, but still hear the noise like hell. Crazy to the max. All property next to KTM sure die, confirm 100% die wan. Combined with highway, this place gonna be legendary.

MRT got noise barrier if pass through residential area.

LRT now got, but LRT old track, still got annoying sound.

Then come Almighty KTM, with 1m gauge and electrified 25kV cable on top, produce most annoying sound in the world. Most decibels you can imagine.

KTM will be there forever along ghost to haunt this condo residents.

better buy Netizen Cheras, safety first. Future is MRT la, TOD. RM100 per month, can go anywhere. Expat also prefer LRT/MRT nowadays.

KL Metropolis not attractive la without MRT, it will fail miserably. Biggest Naza group failure is fail to lobby MRT3 for their biggest development. Even TRX with Two MRTstruggle to find tenants.

Imagine KL Metropolis fail, and high dense condo next to graveyard, htc and all bad things combined. Is it gonna appreciate much ?
